How to Use the Home’s Amenities

Sound System

  • The Bluetooth-enabled sound system has speakers in the kitchen/living area and outside.  
  • Download the 4STREAM app to your phone or device and follow the setup instructions. Adjust volume directly from your device.

Television

  • Smart TVs throughout the home feature Moon TV for live channels.  
  • Access it via the Moon TV app on the home screen. Use the remote’s arrow buttons to navigate to LIVE TV.  
  • Explore thousands of channels or use the Search function to filter options (e.g., select “USA” for American channels).  
  • Check the Favorites category on the family room TV for popular U.S. channels.

Fans 

  • Remote controls are provided for fans in the main living areas and bedrooms.  
  • Outdoor fans are adjustable via a control on the patio wall.

Air Conditioning  

  • Each room has remote-controlled AC units.  
  • To conserve energy, set the AC to 26°C (78°F) when leaving the house.
 

Transportation

  • Golf Carts: Ideal for exploring Hacienda Pinilla amenities like the Beach Club, tennis/pickleball courts, golf course, JW Marriott, and Langosta Beach. We can arrange delivery to the house on your arrival day. Please complete form to reserve your cart(s).
  • Rental Cars: Available from National, Avis, and other companies near Liberia Airport. Perfect for dining out, visiting Tamarindo, or exploring nearby surf towns. 
  • Private Driver: Contact your concierge team to arrange personalized transportation. 

Access to Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

As a guest, you enjoy full access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club for a $5 daily fee. You MUST bring beach towels which are located in the utility room on the first floor. Relax by the pool, dine at the open-air bar and restaurant, or enjoy the beachfront fitness center—all steps from Playa Avellanas and the Pacific Ocean.  

  • Beach Club Fitness Center: Offers cardio equipment, weights, benches, yoga mats, and more. Classes like yoga and personal training are available. Open 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

On-Site Dining at Hacienda Pinilla:  

  • Beach Club Restaurant: Savor local and international cuisine, from fresh seafood to tropical cocktails. Open 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Checkout Rules

We hope you’ve loved your stay! Before departing:  

  • Trash: Place trash in the kitchen bins. For stays over a week, move bags to outdoor receptacles.  
  • AC & Lights: Set AC units to 26°C (78°F) and turn off all lights.  
  • Check-Out Time: Depart by 11:00 AM. Please contact us in advance for late check-out requests.  
  • Damages: Report any issues or damages before leaving so we can address them promptly.
